ABOUT CIRCLE CREEK THERAPY

Helping Our Community Grow

Since 2015, Circle Creek Therapy has helped children, adults, and families in Auburn and the surrounding communities build skills, confidence, connection, and independence through personalized therapy and support.

OUR STORY

From Our Family to Yours

Circle Creek Therapy began in 2015 as a small dream with a big purpose: to make high-quality therapy more accessible, practical, and personal for families in our community. What started with Courtni Doherty, a speech-language pathologist, driving to children’s homes after school grew into a small clinic space, then a larger multidisciplinary practice, and now a place where children, adults, and families can find support under one roof.

As Circle Creek grew, our “why” became even more personal. When Courtni and Stephen’s oldest son began experiencing seizures just after his first birthday, their family found themselves walking the same path many families know well — searching for answers, learning new systems, advocating for care, and realizing how much families need support that sees the whole picture.

Today, Circle Creek Therapy brings together speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral health, counseling, ABA therapy, and related services in a family-centered environment. We believe therapy should be effective, engaging, and connected to real life — helping each person build skills, confidence, connection, and independence at their own pace.

Growing Beyond the Therapy Room

As Circle Creek Therapy has grown, so has our understanding of what families need beyond weekly appointments. That’s why Circle Creek Cares was created as our nonprofit sister organization — to support inclusive community programs, caregiver education, accessible events, and resources that help families feel more connected and supported.

Circle Creek Therapy provides clinical therapy services. Circle Creek Cares extends the mission beyond the clinic walls, helping build a more inclusive and supportive community for children, families, and people of all abilities.

Our Mission

To provide compassionate, collaborative, and personalized therapy that helps children, adults, and families build skills, confidence, connection, and independence in everyday life.

Our Vision

To be a trusted place where families feel supported, providers work together, and people of all ages and abilities can grow, participate, and thrive in their communities.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our FIERCE Values

Our values guide how we care for clients, support families, work as a team, and show up for our community.

Flexible

We adapt to the needs of each person, family, and season of care — because therapy is not one-size-fits-all.

Resourceful

We use creativity, clinical knowledge, and real-life problem solving to help families find what works.

Intentional

We make thoughtful choices with clear goals, practical strategies, and the whole person in mind.

Collaborative

We work together with families, therapists, caregivers, educators, and providers to support meaningful progress.

Empathetic

We listen first, seek to understand, and honor each family’s story, strengths, and challenges.

Enthusiastic

We bring energy, encouragement, and hope to the work — celebrating progress big and small.
