How can you practice OT skills at home? Here are some fun techniques you can try:


1.Pencil Grasp Practice: Hold a pencil or pen using different grasps. Switch between grasps to strengthen hand muscles. ✏️


2. Stringing Beads: Thread beads onto a string or shoelace. Enhances hand-eye coordination and dexterity. 🧵


3. Scissor Skills: Cut paper into simple shapes or lines. Use child-safe scissors for safety. ✂️



4. Buttoning and Unbuttoning: Practice buttoning and unbuttoning shirts or jackets. Develops finger strength and bilateral coordination. 👕


5. Drawing Shapes: Draw circles, squares, and triangles on paper. Focus on controlled movements. 🔵⬛.
