Hi, I'm Courtni Doherty. I am a speech-language pathologist and the owner and founder of Circle Creek Therapy. I started my practice in 2015 and saw kids in their homes after school. Later that year, we got our first 900 sq ft clinic space. I provided therapy for patients there for a couple of years with my mom running the front desk, doing billing, and taking care of my newborn. In 2018, we took a giant leap of faith, and my mom, myself, and a half-time SLP moved into a 3450 sq ft space, which we completely remodeled. It felt huge and very scary, but we were listening to our patients' parents. They were struggling to find services in the area and were spending more time in the car than they were in therapy. We added more speech-language pathologists and started occupational therapy and physical therapy programs. I never could have guessed at that time that my own child would need our services, but when my oldest started having seizures at 13 months old, my husband and I started the journey as parents of a child with special needs. My husband and I have two beautiful boys who couldn't be more different. We have worked hard to grow our business so we can help as many children and adults in our community as possible. Now, I am proud to say, we have just over 20 team members. We recently expanded and moved our administrative and billing team into a second suite in the same building, which also gave us more therapy rooms to help more patients!
